Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), you have a statutory right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CS Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Zur Meesche 22, 38159 Vechelde, Germany, email: info@seed-back.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. If you requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in comparison with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

(a) The right of withdrawal is available exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB have no statutory right of withdrawal. (b) If you have expressly agreed that we should begin performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and have simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by the Provider, the right of withdrawal expires when the Provider has fully performed the service (§ 356 (4) BGB). (c) Trees already planted as part of reviews submitted cannot be reversed, as this constitutes a service rendered by a third party (Plant-for-the-Planet) that cannot be unwound.
